近日，山西临汾，一辆电动三轮车在路口突然转向，后方车辆躲闪不及，造成两车受损，电动三轮车驾驶人受伤。
交警认定，电动三轮车驾驶人因无证驾驶无牌车辆、未按规定指示方向行驶，负事故全部责任。
