人民财讯9月17日电，9月17日，香港特区行政长官李家超在立法会发表2025年《施政报告》。李家超表示，香港的跨境铁路项目将打通港深两地的地铁网络，大幅提升大湾区基建互联互通，增强产业进驻信心。香港正全力推动港深西部铁路（洪水桥至前海），并已就项目香港段邀请承建商及营运商提交意向书。
