9月16日，甘肃兰州。有学生拍视频称，甘肃农业职业技术学院一大二女生9月12日“宿舍生娃”“失血过多”。视频中，有人被担架抬出，疑似一名婴儿也被抱走。该校值班人员回应第一现场记者称，女生和婴儿平安，事件正在调查中。（第一现场）
