格隆汇9月16日丨渣打集团(02888.HK)公布，继于2025年5月8日刊发的公告后，渣打集团有限公司确认，巳于昨日就委任 Jackie Hunt 为审核委员会主席接获审慎监管局的监管批准及取得金融行为监管局的同意，Jackie 的委任自2025年9月15日起生效。
在 Jackie 接获监管批准前仍担任审核委员会主席的 Phil Rivett，自2025年9月12日起不再担任审核委员会主席一职。
