格隆汇9月16日丨杭钢股份(600126.SH)公布，公司收到公司持股5%以上股东北京诚通金控投资有限公司（以下简称“诚通金控”）发来的《关于权益变动触及1%刻度的告知函》：诚通金控于2025年9月15日通过大宗交易的方式减持公司股份数量达到2876.87万股，占公司总股本的0.85%。本次权益变动后，诚通金控持股比例由11.21%变动为10.36%，触及1%刻度。
