9月16日，金瑞矿业（600714）发布公告，关于公司与北京中锰工贸有限责任公司、北京康达工贸有限公司的诉讼进展。西宁中院作出二审判决，驳回上诉，维持原判。该判决为终审判决。
在此前的一审判决中，判决公司向原告康达工贸、中锰工贸分别支付咨询费60万元和66万元。
2025年中期，金瑞矿业实现收入1.81亿元，归母净利润3621万元。
