重磅官宣！中国驻加拿大大使馆：中国签证办理迎来重大升级！

9月12日，中国驻加拿大大使馆和驻温哥华总领馆同时发布通知：
自2025年9月30日起，中国签证将全面启用“线上办理”模式。

On September 12, both the Embassy of China in Canada and the Consulate General in Vancouver announced:
StartingSeptember 30, 2025, the Chinese visa application process will move fully online.

同天，中国驻温哥华总领馆也发布启动中国签证在线办理的通知。

最大的变化在哪里？What’s the Biggest Change?

过去：在线填写表格 → 打印纸质版 → 准备一堆材料 → 跑到签证中心现场审核。

现在：在线填写申请表+上传材料 → 等待线上初审 → 再去签证中心递交材料。

Now, things are changing:
Fill out the application form online + Upload materials → Wait for online pre-review (3–5 business days) → Then go to the visa center to submit originals.

相比以前，这次升级能大大减少补件、来回跑的次数，同时让签证中心现场办理更高效。
Compared with the old process, this upgradereduces the risk of missing documents and unnecessary trips, while speeding up on-site processing.

新的办理流程一图看懂New Application Process at a Glance

Step 1 准备材料 / Prepare Documents
根据签证类型准备相关资料。
Prepare the required documents based on your visa type.

Step 2 在线提交 / Submit Online
登录签证申请服务中心官网 www.visaforchina.cn ，注册后：

• 在线填写《签证申请表》

• 上传材料

• 等待 3–5 个工作日的线上初审

Login to the official visa application service center www.visaforchina.cn , then:

• Fill out the visa application form online

• Upload your documents

• Wait 3–5 business days for online review

⚠️ 注意：必须点击最后的“Submit/提交”，才算正式完成线上申请，否则系统会显示Pending。
Important: Make sure you hit “Submit” at the end. Otherwise, your status will remainPending.

Step 3 到签证中心递交 / Submit at Visa Center
初审通过后，申请人带上：

• 护照原件

• 打印好的《签证申请凭证》

• 《签证申请表》首页和最后一页并签字

• 符合要求的证件照1张

• 其他清单要求的原件/复印件

After approval, applicants must bring:

• Original passport

• Printed “Visa Application Certificate”

• Signed first and last pages of the application form

• One compliant photo

• Other original documents listed in requirements

Step 4 缴费 & 采集指纹 / Payment & Biometrics
在签证中心缴纳费用并采集指纹（部分人群可免采指纹）。
Pay the fees and collect biometrics at the center (some applicants are exempt).

Step 5 领取证件 / Pick Up Your Visa
普通件：4个工作日，加急：3个工作日，特急：2个工作日。
Standard: 4 business days, Express: 3 business days, Rush: 2 business days.

哪些人可免采指纹？Who Is Exempt from Fingerprinting?

• 14岁以下 & 70岁以上申请人

• 外交护照持有人

• 过去5年同一本护照在同一馆采集过指纹

• 双手指纹无法采集的人

• Applicants under 14 or over 70

• Diplomatic passport holders

• Those who submitted fingerprints within the last 5 years at the same embassy/consulate

• Applicants with all ten fingerprints missing/unable to be collected

1. 签证中心只负责受理和递交，不负责“批准签证”。最终是否获批，由中国驻加使馆决定。

2. 签证费、服务费、邮寄费一律不退。

3. 建议需要邮寄的申请人至少提前一个月开始办理。
