财联社9月16日电，杭州出让2宗宅地，总成交金额21.23亿元。其中，拱墅区康桥单元地块经过28轮竞价，最终由杭州越珑房地产开发有限公司（越秀）以总价13.30亿元竞得，成交楼面价20490元/㎡，溢价率25.47%；钱塘区元成单元地块经过3轮竞价，最终由杭州兴耀房地产开发集团有限公司以总价7.93亿元竞得地块，成交楼面价9773元/㎡，溢价率1.28%。
