9月15日上午，杭州市城市建设投资集团有限公司联合智谱宣布，双方共同打造的杭州城投人工智能产业大模型项目（一期）建设成果正式发布。本次发布的核心成果如下：全国首个公交大模型、全国首个AutoGLM防汛智能体、全国首个路桥养护多模态大模型、全国首个自主学习清运调度智能体。
