9月15日，新点软件（688232）发布公告，董事长提议公司使用自有资金通过集中竞价交易方式回购股份，回购金额不低于3000万元且不超过5000万元，回购期限为自董事会审议通过方案之日起12个月内。
2025年中期，新点软件实现收入6.70亿元，归母净利润-6218万元。
