9月15日，西贝官方微博发布致歉信，致歉信中称：已就顾客关心的问题逐一改善；将尽可能把中央厨房前置加工工艺调整到门店现场加工；在保证食品安全和库存周转的前提下，尽量缩短保质期。
在西贝发布的9项调整措施中，3项涉及儿童餐。
