人民财讯9月15日电，腾讯控股在港交所公告，已向香港联交所申请一项总额为300亿美元的全球中期票据计划，该计划于2025年9月15日后起计12个月上市，仅向专业投资者发行。该计划的上市将自2025年9月16日开始生效。
