每经AI快讯，河南省政府办公厅近日印发《河南省农作物秸秆综合利用行动方案（2025—2027年）》，明确到2027年，全省秸秆科学还田水平进一步提升，初步建成布局合理、链条完整的饲料化利用产业带和秸秆“收、储、运、用”网络，培优扶强一批秸秆利用规模企业，全省秸秆综合利用率稳定在93%以上，秸秆离田利用率达到35%以上。
