9月12日，天承科技（688603）发布公告，公司拟以自有或自筹资金不超过5000万元参与认购上海君华孚创电子材料产业发展私募投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）的基金份额，出资比例为7.4738%。
公司参与本次认购后，基金认缴出资情况如下：
2025年中期，天承科技实现收入2.13亿元，归母净利润3673万元。
