9月12日早上，岛城市区淅淅沥沥下起小雨，接近中午时分，雨势开始增大。正值小学低年级学生放学，突如其来的大雨，让不少家长聚集在学校门口等待孩子出来，学校门前成为一片雨伞的海洋。截至记者发稿，降雨还在继续，提醒市民外出注意安全。
