9月10日，庄园牧场（002910）发布公告，魏红兵因公司工作调整原因，申请辞去公司第五届董事会董事职务，辞职后继续担任公司副总经理、财务总监职务。
公司于2025年9月10日召开董事会会议，提名马刚为公司第五届董事会非独立董事候选人，并同意聘任莫彦卿为总经理，马刚为副总经理。
马刚，1985年2月出生，历任公司采购部经理、生产总监。
2025年中期，庄园牧场实现收入4.20亿元，归母净利润-2767万元。
