美股周二早盘，独立天然气与油井运营商多样化能源公司（Diversified Energy，DEC）股价上涨5.6%，此前该公司已同意以约5.5亿美元的现金和股票收购Canvas能源公司。
此次收购将扩大多样化能源公司在阿纳达科盆地中部的业务组合，新增2.4万桶油当量/日的产量以及具有商业吸引力的未开发区域。该交易将通过增发新股和现有流动资金进行融资。
