9月9日，恒泰证券在香港的上市主体恒投证券公告称，已完成公司名称的工商变更登记手续，由“恒泰证券股份有限公司”正式变更为“金融街证券股份有限公司”。2023年2月，金融街集团取代天风证券成为恒泰证券第一大股东，该集团是北京市西城区国资委旗下企业，恒泰证券也由此跻身国资券商之列。
