9月9日，海航控股（600221）发布公告，董事会于2025年9月8日收到副总裁刘军提交的辞职报告，因工作调整原因申请辞去副总裁职务，辞职自送达董事会之日起生效。刘军的离任时间为2025年9月8日，原定任期到期日为2025年11月13日，离任后不再担任公司任何职务，且未持有公司股份。
2025年中期，海航控股实现收入330.83亿元，归母净利润5694万元。
