9月9日中芯国际复牌，开盘跌逾11%。公司昨晚宣布拟以74.2元/股发行股份收购控股子公司中芯北方49%股权，发行价格较复牌前折价35%。
此次收购完成后，中芯国际将100%持股中芯北方。
