当地时间9月2日，住友商事、三井住友航空资本、阿波罗和博枫宣布已达成最终协议，将收购飞机租赁公司Air Lease。交易完成后，Air Lease将更名为Sumisho Air Lease。阿波罗和博枫已同意为此次交易提供资金支持。
根据协议条款，Air Lease普通股股东将获得每股65.00美元现金，总估值约为74亿美元。
