盛业与配售代理签订协议，委托其按尽力而为基准，促使不少于6名承配人以每股10.66港元认购最多5628.6万股股份。此配售价较2025年9月2日收市价11.23港元折让约5.08%。若配售最高数量的股份，预计所得款项总额为6亿港元，净筹约5.93亿港元，资金将用于AI Agent等创新技术研发、国际化扩张、战略投资及一般营运资金。
