近日，走进古浪县永丰滩镇三墩村，第二茬种植的白菜青翠欲滴，形态饱满，长势喜人，田野里弥漫着丰收的喜悦。古浪县通过轮作倒茬，实现一年两收，不断增加土地产出效益，开辟了农民增产增收新希望。
