《科创板日报》2日讯，由于DDR4价格在供应紧张的情况下保持坚挺，三星电子计划将原定于今年结束的DDR4 DRAM生产延长至明年。SK海力士近期也制定了类似的政策，决定增加DDR4产量，并已将此告知客户。 (韩国每日经济新闻)
