9月1日，大连的各大渔港码头又恢复了热闹和喧嚣，当天12时，历时4个月的黄渤海伏季休渔期正式结束。震天响的鞭炮声中，6000余艘捕捞渔船竞相驶出渔港，带着鱼虾满舱的期许，拉开新一季生产序幕。
