卢表示：“欧文是一个竞争者，他是一个杀手，他想要像科比那样证明自己，他想证明没有勒布朗也可以夺冠，那样他才可以更进一步。欧文想要有自己的球队，那是他的目标，这和勒布朗无关，他就想有这样的职业生涯。”
卢球员时期曾和奥尼尔、科比夺冠，也执教过詹姆斯和欧文。
