芬兰政府9月1日声明称，芬兰政府和Pontos同意收购宁德时代目前持有的芬兰维美德汽车公司（Valmet Automotive）20.6%的股份。作为协议的一部分，芬兰将向维美德汽车注入约3500万欧元的新资本。一旦融资安排完成，政府将拥有维美德汽车79%的股份，Pontos将拥有21%的股份。
