近年来，文县玉垒乡坚持党建引领，加大高山区撂荒地复耕复种力度，通过“党支部+合作社+种植大户”等土地整治形式“盘活”闲置撂荒地400多亩，因地制宜发展四季豆、淫羊藿、柑橘等适宜山区耕地恢复种植的绿色产业、带动村集体经济发展，实现土地增效和农民增收。
