当地时间8月30日，哥伦比亚贸易、工业和旅游部发布公告称，鉴于针对巴勒斯坦民众的战争行为持续不断，哥伦比亚贸易、工业和旅游部宣布2025年8月28日第0949号法令生效，该法令严格规定禁止向以色列出口煤炭。
据悉，哥伦比亚是以色列最大的煤炭供应国，占以色列煤炭进口量的60%。
