格隆汇8月29日丨宝新置地(00299.HK)发布公告，截至2025年6月30日止六个月，集团营业额达约57,377,000港元，较去年同期大幅减少约87.4%。营业额大幅减少主要是由于中国房地产市场长期低迷所致。集团本期间录得亏损净额约241,770,000港元，而上年同期则录得亏损净额约1,569,918,000港元。
