财联社8月29日电，一列满载煤炭的货运列车8月28日17时从兰新铁路三葛庄站驶出，开往喀什站，为当地企业送去电煤。这是新疆实施的首个“铁公铁”联运项目，将有效缓解南疆地区电煤供应压力。
