寿山石的水洞高山石是一种珍贵的寿山石品种，产自福建省福州市寿山的高山水洞，水洞位于世元洞下方，洞深如井，由上而下开采，因深入地下水层而得名，这个地方初产时呈粉白色，质地稍松易透油，经浸油后逐渐变得莹澈，可与水坑冻石媲美，常含黑细砂点或脉状结晶纹，它以地开石为主，属于寿山石山坑类。
