格隆汇8月28日丨SOHO中国(00410.HK)发布公告，集团2025年度中期实现营业收入约人民币6.90亿元，2024年同期约为人民币7.99亿元，同比下降约13.6%。营业收入下降主要是由于办公楼及商业物业租赁市场需求疲软。
期间毛利率约为80%，2024年同期约为81%。期间，来自经营活动归属母公司股东基础净利（剔除公允价值变动以及一次性税费）约为人民币1.73亿元。
