加拿大鹅(GOOS.US)大涨近15%，报13.97美元，创近一个月新高。
消息人士称，加拿大鹅控股股东贝恩资本已收到来自私募股权公司博裕资本及Advent International的私有化口头报价，对其估值为13.5亿美元。据悉，贝恩资本正考虑出售所持有的加拿大鹅股份，高盛将担任今次交易的顾问。(格隆汇)
