泰禾集团8月27日公告，上半年实现营业收入11.71亿元，同比下降1.92%，实现归属于母公司股东的净亏损31.86亿元，上年同期亏损11.94亿元。亏损增加主要原因是报告期受在建项目减少影响，借款利息资本化减少，费用化增加，财务费用较上年同期大幅增加，投资性房地产因减值公允价值变动大幅增加。
