8月25日，黄某（化名）驾驶小型轿车行驶至内大高速公路东兴收费站时，被现场执勤的四川高速公安三分局二大队民警发现无证驾驶。起初，黄某还狡辩称不知情，之后坦白曾因“吸毒”被公安机关吊销驾驶证，抱着侥幸心理“失证再驾”，最终被处以罚款1000元行政拘留3日的处罚。
