记者今天（8月26日）从住房城乡建设部获悉，今年1—7月份，全国新开工改造城镇老旧小区1.98万个。其中，河北、辽宁、重庆、安徽、江苏、上海等6个地区开工率超过90%。据了解，2025年，全国计划新开工改造城镇老旧小区2.5万个。
