生命时报官方微博解释说,这在心理学上叫“深夜效应”:白天大脑分泌的血清素有助于维持情感稳定,深夜这种物质分泌水平会下降,情绪管理能力减弱,负面情绪被放大,容易因情绪波动造成冲动决策。
