中央气象台8月24日18时发布渍涝风险气象预报：
受强降雨的影响，预计8月24日20时至25日20时，辽宁东部、吉林东南部、海南中南部、四川北部等地部分地区发生渍涝的气象风险较高，其中，辽宁东部、海南南部等地的部分地区发生渍涝的气象风险高，易形成城市内涝和农田渍害，需加强防范。
