财联社8月24日电，据央视新闻，加拿大总理马克·卡尼宣布，加拿大将于今年9月向乌克兰移交价值超过10亿美元的武器装备。卡尼指出，在今年6月，加拿大已承诺向乌克兰追加20亿美元军事援助。其中，超过10亿美元将通过提供无人机、弹药和装甲车来强化乌克兰的武器装备储备，这些装备将于9月送达。
