据中央气象台消息，8月24日14时，台风“剑鱼”已经加强为强台风级（14级，42米/秒），其中心位于海南省三亚市东南方向约135公里的海面上，预计“剑鱼”将以每小时20公里左右的速度向西偏北方向移动，强度变化不大。
