被仙游县卫健局处以9万元罚款
并吊销诊疗科目医学检验科
从上面的处罚截图中可以看到，该医院的违法行为是“诊疗活动超出登记范围、任用非卫生技术人员从事医疗卫生技术工作”。
这违反了《医疗机构管理条例》第四十六条、第四十七条的相关规定，故做出上述处罚。
