格隆汇8月22日丨世纪城市国际(00355.HK)公告，预期集团于2025年中期期间将录得约港币3.83亿元股东应占综合亏损，而于2024年同期录得亏损为港币4.2亿元。
物业及酒店为集团两大主要业务。集团主要在香港及内地从事物业业务，由于两地房地产市况低迷，导致自物业分部产生收入较2024年同期减少。然而，透过公司主要上市附属公司Regal Hotels International Holdings Limited进行酒店业务继续表现稳定，所贡献收入较上一比较期间增加。
