人民财讯8月22日电，碧桂园8月22日在港交所公告，预计截至2025年6月30日止半年度的期内损失介乎约185亿元至215亿元。预计期内损失主要是由于：1.房地产开发项目结算规模下降，毛利率仍处低位；2.结合行业、市场和经营环境变化，物业项目的资产减值增加。
