智通财经APP讯，明发集团(00846)公布，预期该集团于2025年上半年取得亏损约人民币2.0亿元至3.0亿元，而2024年上半年取得利润约人民币 0.067亿元。
董事会认为，预期报告期间亏损主要是由于投资物业出现估值亏损及报告期间收入减少所致。截至2025年6月30日止六个月，投资物业估值减少乃主要由于在中国的商用物业的市场价值整体下跌所引致。
