汇源通信8月22日公告，公司董事会当天收到公司财务总监王烨提交的书面辞职报告，王烨因个人原因辞去公司财务总监职务，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务，辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。在公司董事会聘任新任财务总监之前，由公司总经理武雪松代为行使财务总监职责。
