北京时间8月10日，据江苏媒体《苏州日报》消息，苏超从第10轮开始门票采用预约抽签制，球迷在官方小程序或APP预约后等待抽签结果，抽中即付款。
据悉，“苏超”第10轮开始，所有门票不需要在各市的各种渠道抢票了，全部统一在“苏服办”APP或小程序上预约，然后等待抽签结果，抽中即付款，公证处公证，公开透明，不拼手速，全看运气。平台已进行内测工作，待运行性能确认之后，将对社会公布。
