格隆汇8月19日丨香港小轮(集团)(00050.HK)公告，于2025年8月19日，买方兴领投资有限公司(公司全资附属公司)与卖方民熹国际投资有限公司及代理人订立临时协议，据此，受限于及按照临时协议的条款，买方同意收购及卖方同意出售该物业，代价为港币2.6亿元。"该物业"指香港新界荃湾众安街55号大鸿辉(荃湾)中心地下A区及标牌区。
