奥卡福2023年以1550万欧转会费从萨尔茨堡红牛加盟米兰，至今为米兰出战54场比赛7球5助，上赛季后半段被外租至那不勒斯，出场4次没有进球。
奥卡福在米兰表现并不算好，然而利兹联却花费了超2000万欧的费用，购入奥卡福。也就是说，25岁的奥卡福甚至还给了米兰几百万的收益，这笔交易非常值。
