人民财讯8月19日电，8月19日，杭州有2宗宅地出让，总成交金额6.71亿元。其中，钱塘区下沙单元地块经过13轮竞价， 由杭州蓝滨房地产开发有限责任公司以总价4.92亿元竞得，成交楼面价18220元/平方米，溢价率13.88%；临安区昌化单元地块由杭州鸿源房地产开发建设有限公司以底价1.79亿元竞得，成交楼面价2595元/平方米。
